The Bonnie Swivelling Armchair by Pierre Paulin for is extremely comfortable and clever, without being too clever.
Originally designed in 1975, Paulin undertook a reissue of the original design. Here he references the very rare collector’s models 500 and 500/2.
The Bonnie Swivelling Armchair has always been striking yet simple – in terms of physical comfort, but also in its physical form. The Bonnie Armchair hugs the lines of the human body fiercely.
The seat covers are quilted with matching buttons. The tone-on-tone buttons on the armchair help to hold the gently draped and folded upholstery taut.
The seat and integral armrests of the Bonnie Swivelling Armchair are made of high resilience polyurethane Bultex foam, with a comfort layer of ultra-flexible polyurethane foam. The integral backrest is in Bultex, with comfort layer of ultra-flexible polyurethane foam. Handcrafted in France by .
